  • A statement that the images depict you and were posted without your consent
  • A form of identification confirming your identity (can be redacted for privacy)

DMCA Copyright Takedown

If your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, submit a DMCA takedown notice through our Contact Form including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work
  2. The URL(s) of the infringing material on our site
  3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
  6. Your physical or electronic signature
