18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website (witnessme.org) were over the age of eighteen (18) yearsat the time of the creation of such depictions.

Exemption Statement

WitnessMe is a platform that allows independent users (“creators”) to upload and share content. With respect to all content, WitnessMe operates as a hosting provider. The operators of this website are not the primary or secondary producers(as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75) of any of the visual content found on the website. To the extent any content is non-exempt, the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 are maintained by the individual creator/producer who uploaded the content.

Age Verification & Consent

Every creator who uploads content to WitnessMe is required to:

• Confirm that they are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
• Attest that every person depicted in their uploads is at least 18 years of age.
• Attest that every depicted person has given explicit, informed consent to be photographed and to have the content shared publicly.
• Complete our identity verification process, which requires a photo and/or video of the creator holding identification.

Custodian of Records

Questions regarding records and 2257 compliance for creator-supplied content should be directed to the Custodian of Records through our contact form. Where WitnessMe is not the producer, requests will be forwarded to the relevant creator/producer who maintains the required records.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

WitnessMe has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content depicting minors and toward non-consensual content. Any such content is removed immediately upon discovery and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
