WitnessMe is a platform for sharing images with full consent of all depicted persons. We maintain strict standards to ensure every image on our platform is shared responsibly and legally.
Consent Requirements
- All persons depicted in uploaded images must have given explicit, informed consent for the images to be taken and shared publicly.
- Uploaders must attest to having consent at the time of upload.
- All depicted persons must be of legal age (18+).
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time — individuals can request removal via our DMCA & Removal page.
Prohibited Content
- Non-consensual intimate images — images shared without the depicted person's knowledge or consent ("revenge porn").
- Minors — any imagery of persons under 18, regardless of content.
- Coerced content — images obtained through threats, blackmail, or exploitation.
- Hidden/spy camera content — images taken without subjects' awareness.
- Deepfakes or AI-manipulated imagery of real persons without consent.
Enforcement
- Violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account ban.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
- Repeated violators' information may be shared with relevant authorities.
- Report violations using the Report button on any image, or submit a report via our Contact Form.
